Or maybe Sumia is short? I think their personalities made me feel like Cordelia would be taller, even though they shouldn't be related haha; Sumia just comes off as younger. You can actually check everyone's 3D model height differences by waiting around at the barracks but I don't have the patience so I just guess. I feel like Cordelia and Sumia are probably closer to the same height in the actual game, though.
The funny(and maybe sad) thing is that I actually did check out many characters' 3d model heights back then. I can't remember how the heights of Cordelia and Sumia compared to each other, but I do remember that Cordelia wasn't the tallest female height. I found that odd because just look at her in game portrait! She's as tall as most the men!
Now that you mention it, it might be her game portrait that made me think she was tall. The portraits are sometimes misleading though... I seem to remember someone pointed out once that male Morgan is a lot taller in the barracks than in the portrait, too. (Even though female Morgan's height seems appropriate for how childlike both Morgans look).
Huh, now I'm going to be wondering about everyone's height. I only remember being taken aback when I saw Walhart in the barracks haha, I have to think he must be the tallest in the game.
Ahaha thank you so much, I'm really happy you think so! I always try to make everything cute, so I'm glad it's working. I'm glad you like the colors too! Blue highlights just seem to set off the colors on these two really well.
Thank you, I'm glad you like them! Did you see it first on tumblr or pixiv? I actually posted it here because someone on tumblr asked me why I don't post everything there on dA right away, and I took that (whether rightly or wrongly, I don't know) as a hint that I should put this up haha.
You're welcome. I think it's funny how their personalities are opposites: Cordelia is really skilled in about everything (although really humble), and Sumia is very clumsy and not good at doing most things (as she usually admits).
Haha yeah, that's what I like about them too. I think it's the same thing with the dynamic between Henry and Ricken; in both cases their personalities are somehow opposites so it's fun to see them play off each other. That's probably why I like drawing them together.
