Same here. Every time I see a spider I say 'DAD! THERE'S A SPIDER IN HERE!' One time I was suppose to shower and I put it off for awhile, came back in, HUGE black and yellow spider dangling in the middle of the shower. I nearly screamed.
I like how this sorta continues off the other picture with Henry introducing a spider to Ricken. I love how the way you portray these two; they're my favorites in Awakening, and it always makes me happy to see them hanging out...even if Ricken has to suffer, unfortunately, haha.
Lol, weird Henry and Ricken friendship for the win XD I love spiders and I've tried to pick one up before but man, I won't be able to handle five or six crawling all over my body. Poor Ricken but that's what you get when you're Henry's friend XD
Haha, yes indeed xD Maybe one day I'll show them actually being buddies and not just Henry creeping Ricken out all the time, but I wouldn't count on it. I wouldn't want five or six spiders on me either, but at least being his friend would get you plenty of interesting stories to tell.
... there is no way I could stay and sit there. I already feel the urge to stand up and go away only by looking at your work on my screen. Ugh... so I would say this also means you did an incredible job at depicting this scene full of "friendship" and "joy". And the title, simply wonderful! Please, never stop drawing and sharing it with us!
Ahaha "friendship" and "joy"... Henry is probably getting a lot of enjoyment out of it, at least. xD I'm glad it has the intended effect, haha, even if it's hard to look at. Thank you, I'm glad you like it!
Hahaa +1 for the FE8 reference. At least he didn't intentionally fill Ricken's room with spiders, though Then again, if you hung around him at all, you'd probably have to get used to creepy things just popping up and following him around everywhere.
True, though more in the sense of being a stalker than Henry's morbidity (although I tend to ignore his sinister qualities for these pictures anyway). Lute/Henry totally could be a crack thing, though she seems to take her hobby of monk-watching so seriously that I wonder if she'd be interested...
