Haha, thank you, I'm glad. Basically my reaction to him taking over my gallery as of about a year ago. I hope my watchers who aren't familiar with the series don't get the idea that he's the main character.
I totally would too. I wish more media would have a main character like that; his type seem to often be relegated to support roles. I've never thought of him being a recruiter but that would have been great, although maybe not practical since you can miss getting him and Raven if you forget to bring Priscilla to Chapter 16.
FE is based on medieval Europe, where Christianity was the dominant religion, hence I always assumed Fire Emblem priests to follow similar teachings. I could have made up something else to represent the order of St. Elimine, but then I would have had to explain it and it seemed like an existing symbol would be more recognizable.
Ohhh, how wonderfully peaceful~! And I always can't stop gazing at your awesome use of color and how "simple" made yet perfect looking your backgrounds are! Never stop drawing. EVER. Oh, I would love to join him if my voice wasn't so bad. It would ruin everything. xD
Can't help but smile at this. Cold colors that somehow feel warmer when looking at the picture as a whole, a slight radiance as the lights of the night sky reflect off of Lucius... it's lovely. Nice work!
I just had a thought of Lucius convincing Nergal and the Black Fang to celebrate Christmas (or whatever the holiday season in Elibe would be) with the three Lord characters and their army. Rather absurd, but hey! Maybe it could happen... if all the antagonists drank too much egg nog to protest! XD
Thank you very much, I'm glad it made you smile! I'm also glad you get a sense of warmth from the colors despite the cold blues; I wanted to have that as well as the snowy atmosphere, and it's nice to know I managed to find that balance. Thanks for commenting on the lighting as well, I'm glad you like it!
Haha, I would definitely love to see such a scene, eggnog and all! xD A Christmas truce of sorts. I can imagine Nino staying up late to make presents for her brothers!
I really love the choice of the night setting here, how it reflects moonlight on Lucius and it just complements beautifully with the snowfall. Besides watching Lucius singing out there in the snow is really pleasant to watch. So cute~
/I'm now so sad over here in my town at Helsinki there has been no snowfall. Really creepy as of late, really we used to have snow every winter right in the December's start or earlier/
Thank you very much, I'm glad the night setting works for you; I wanted to get that sense of reflecting light, so I'm glad you mentioned it! Haha I'm glad you think so~
I'm sorry to hear that. It hasn't snowed here all winter either and I have mixed feelings about that since snow and ice make it a pain to get around, but it doesn't feel like the holidays without snowfall. I'm usually always whining about the cold in winter though, so I should appreciate that it's been mild this year.
